Dr. Quincy Davis is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® (CMPC) who offers virtual one on one sport and performance psychology services for athletes aged 12 and older, as well as group-based consulting for teams and sport organizations. As a mental performance consultant, I assist athletes, teams, coaches, and parents by educating and equipping them with mental skills and techniques to overcome obstacles that they experience during practice or competition allowing them to reach their full potential. My goal is to create a brave space for each individual client, characterized by authenticity, respect, connection, learning, and well-being.

I aim to work collaboratively with athletes and their support system to identify specific performance needs and goals, and through evidenced-based approaches, aid in the development and maintenance of mental tools in areas such as goal setting, motivation, emotional regulation, performance anxiety, confidence, and focus to help athletes develop “go-to” techniques that allow for them to perform consistently and confidently. It is important to note that everyone’s athletic experience is different. I have worked with youth, high school, and collegiate athletes of all levels, they all have their own story, and the same is true for the mental obstacles that they have faced. Mental obstacles are going to look and feel different for each individual athlete or team, and I am here to help you develop the mental fortitude that will not only be applicable to sport, but also that can be practiced in everyday life.
